DraftKings at Casino Queen started its gambling journey in 1993 as a riverboat casino called Casino Queen. However, in 2020, Gaming and Leisure Properties — a Pennsylvania National Gaming’s real estate investment trust — signed a deal with the famous sportsbook operator DraftKings to rebrand Casino Queen to DraftKings at Casino Queen.
